The Senior Project Manager, Self-Perform Operations (SPO) Concrete will be responsible to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of self performed concrete projects from preconstruction through to closeout. They must have the highest ethical standards and proven leadership skills/capabilities to lead and develop people and projects. Reporting to: Self-Perform Operations Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supporting business development activities by maintaining long lasting relationships with clients, the design community, engineers, and other organizations which enhance future self performed concrete opportunities.
• Working with the Estimating and Project Development teams to secure self performed concrete work.
• Overseeing the preconstruction phase and providing leadership to project teams, ensuring execution on the construction and turnover of self performed concrete work.
