About the Role
To provide psychometric and talent assessment expertise that supports strategic workforce decisions, enhances talent acquisition, development, and succession planning, and ensures compliance with ethical and legislative frameworks. The Senior Psychometrist will play a critical role in driving data‑driven talent insights to support capability development, organisational culture, and leadership excellence within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Psychometric Assessment & Interpretation Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of psychometric assessments for recruitment, development, and succession planning.
Develop assessment batteries tailored to different job families and leadership levels.
Provide expert feedback and reports to candidates, HR business partners, and hiring managers.
