Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python.
• Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging systems for real-time data ingestion, processing, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and stream processing applications using Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling, tuning, and refactoring.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to software development best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to Kafka and backend services.
