Responsibilities:
Test Planning to Execution: Plan, design, maintain, and execute test cases with minimal direction, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage software project quality from inception to delivery. Write and maintain automation test suite, delivering end-to-end testing solutions for complex projects. Driving quality by collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues. Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, leading projects and driving initiatives to improve QA effiecncy. Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, promoting skill development and experience. Requirements:
