Excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an National Construction and Property Consultancy.
Location: Berlin, Germany
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000
The Role:
The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a National Construction and Property Consultancy who are looking to expand their Commercial Team in Berlin. Their project scope includes a range of hochbau projects, such as Commercial, Logistic, Industrial and Public buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cost planning, contract administration, and procurement processes. Oversee MEP-specific cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with the Leadership team to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Provide accurate financial reporting and support decision-making.
