Senior Quantity Surveyor - Industrial Multidisciplinary Projects

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with industrial project experience who can take full ownership of contracts, cost control, and commercial risk?

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, procurement, variations, claims, and commercial negotiations.

You will work on a major industrial plant project with complex civil, mechanical, and E&I scopes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and variation calculations
• Manage contracts, claims, invoicing, and change orders
• Lead commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor installed vs contracted quantities and costs
• Track budget, risk, and commercial performance
• Coordinate with construction and client commercial teams
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU contract standards
