Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Duties:
1- Lead a team to meet the set objectives
2- Understand the rules and standards of measurement (POMI, SMM7, NRM 2, etc.)
3- Review Tender Documents
4- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
5- Get quotation for each BOQ
6- Prepare Contract Preliminaries and pre-tender estimates
7- Knowledge in different planning techniques (GANT, Network diagram etc.)
8- Analyze identified risks
9- Secure necessary documentation
10- Provide Advise on contractual provisions (letter of intent, insurances etc.)
Candidate Profile:
- BS Architecture or Civil Engineer
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Good Organizational Skills
- Excellent follow up
- Computer Literacy
- Location: Broumana
