Our client, a major player in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team based in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
Provision of accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels
Cost management and project forecasting
Drafting and updating monthly CVRs, cost and commercial plans
Subcontract procurement, negotiation, and financial accounting
Preparation of project applications for payment to final account settlement
Liaison with clients and third parties on commercial issues
Managing contract and subcontract agreements, primarily IChemE and NEC forms
Supporting internal commercial processes
