This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to move away from a traditional site-based role and become a strategic pillar within a high-performing Design Team. Based in a modern office in South London, you will be responsible for the commercial integrity of the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire, and Communications systems during the critical design and pre-construction phases.
