As Senior Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for indirect manpower, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of qualified talent in line with business requirements.

Key Accountabilities 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive headhunting activities for white-collar positions and, when required, selected blue-collar roles across corporate and project teams.
• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals (
