As a result of the increasing number of external ADC collaborations, we are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Research Associate Analytical Development Bioconjugates. You will operate as an experienced analytical specialist within the team that supports the analysis of ADCs with several analytical techniques such as UPLC, CE-SDS, SEC, LC-MS. Key tasks will be performing standard analysis to support the process development group, setting up new analytical methods with subsequent optimization and validation.As a senior member of the team, you will proactively identify and troubleshoot analytical challenges and drive improvements in analytical workflows.
