Job Description – Structural Draughtsman / CAD-Revit Technician
Role: Draughtsman / CAD-Revit Technician (Mid/Senior Level)
Experience: 12+ years
Location: Mumbai / Ludhiana
Salary Range: ₹6–8 LPA (based on expertise)
Key Responsibilities
Produce precise 2 D and 3 D drawings, models, and documentation using Auto CAD, Revit, and Tekla.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated outputs.
Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and construction details for consistency and efficiency.
Integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM environment.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts to optimize project execution.
Prepare construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
Apply expertise in steel structures and pre-engineered buildings (PEB).
Support visualization and presentations; knowledge of Enscape, Sketch Up, or 3ds Max is an advan...
