RFIC Design Engineer
5+ years of experience with custom analog & mixed-signal Design and LayoutHigh frequency circuits such as PLLs, LNAs, PAs, VCOs , ADC, BIAS, CP, PFD, Divider. Experience with DRC/LVS/Extraction tools and LVS debug Experience working with CMOS /BiCMOS process nodes ranging from 0.18um to 28nm Fluency in English EU work permit Willing to relocate in Greece Full time position Stating date - immediately
