Senior Rhapsody Developer

Overview

The Client is seeking a Senior Rhapsody Developer / Project Lead to support the Advanced Molecular Detection (AMD) / Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) initiative. This role will also support laboratory and disease surveillance systems and contribute to CDC Data Modernization efforts.

The candidate will act as a technical lead, owning integrations, guiding architecture decisions, supporting critical public health systems, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Senior Integrations Developer and technical lead for the AMD / WGS project

Gather requirements, provide technical guidance, effort estimates, and status reporting

Design, develop, and maintain Rhapsody integration routes

Perform ETL development, process automation, and data transformations

Develop and optimize SQL queries including advanced joins
