We are seeking an experienced Senior Ruby Developer to join us on a remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a skilled engineer who is comfortable working on established systems and collaborating with a distributed team.
What You'll Do
Design and architect scalable microservices and robust backend systems using Ruby and AWS.
Work across the full stack, utilizing React to deliver high-quality features.
Provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and drive code quality through reviews and best practices.
Own end-to-end services from design to deployment, ensuring performance and stability.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define architecture patterns for distributed systems.
