Job Purpose
Deliver a personalized customer experience, drive sales, and maintain the brand's high standards in service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
•Welcome every customer professionally and offer immediate assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain features clearly: setting, stone, carat, cut, and metal type
• Offer accurate pricing details and highlight current promotions
• Support customers through the decision-making and purchase process
• Pack, wrap, and bag items professionally and handle payments
• Calculate gold jewelry prices based on weight and purity
• Educate buyers on warranties, guarantees, and return policies
• Update window and in-store displays regularly
• Secure all items and display areas at the end of each shift
