As the Senior Sales Coordinator, you will help the sales team in pre and post sales documentation and completion of sales. You will support sales consultants in reservation forms submission, SPA signing, calculating promo incentives, etc. You will also be responsible for processing refunds and other documentations related to the sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developer Coordination:
Manage developer exceptions (discounts, unit availability, payment acknowledgements, etc.).Coordinate site visit.Arrange developer requirements from sales team (client documents, bank approvals, etc.).Responsible for Developer reporting and reconciliations.
Riyadh Office Coordination:
