Responsibilities
- Market Development
- Develop hospital/distributor channels and achieve sales targets
- Market Intelligence: Analyze MIS rates, reimbursement policies, KOL mapping
- Design regional marketing strategies and maintain key account relationships
- Lead clinical demonstrations and surgeon training programs
- Monitor competitors and submit competition reports
Education: BSc, preferably with MedTech regulatory knowledge
Experience:
- Senior sales experience in high-end medical devices (surgical robotics/endoscopic preferred)
- Proven track record in sales
Language:
- fluent level of the local language
- Business English fluency for international collaboration
