Lead the transformation of the 311 website as a Senior CRM Solutions Designer in Toronto with a hybrid model. Drive Salesforce Experience Cloud configurations and digital component development.
This role requires significant experience, focusing on designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud components for the public sector.
