Equans is looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our team in Tamworth on a permanent basis.

What you will deliver
- Team Coordination: Supervise and provide guidance to planners, ensuring they prioritize tasks effectively and adhere to policies.
- Workload Distribution: Oversee workload allocation across the planning team to ensure balance and efficiency.
- Long‑Term Planning: Develop strategies for large‑scale or long‑term maintenance projects (e.g. cyclical maintenance, refurbishment programs).
- Resource Optimisation: Ensure optimal use of operatives, contractors, and materials to meet both immediate and future demands.
