We are looking for an experienced
Senior Security Administrator
to support managed service customers with security configurations, system health monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy management.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments who enjoys solving complex issues and working directly with customers.
What you’ll do:
Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks
Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments
Monitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systems
Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance
