Job Description
- ServiceNow Development & Customization: Work on Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Portal.
- Discovery & Service Mapping: Implement and enhance ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM to optimize configuration management.
- Integration development and management: Develop and maintain integrations with JAMF, Intune, Solarwinds, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Scripting & Automation: Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and other automation solutions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with platform owners and IT teams to refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure seamless performance.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical requirements, process documentation, and user guides.
