Job Description
The Coretek ServiceNow Developer will demonstrate skills in areas for administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow application code, workflows, business rules, and integrations, as well as experience with Agile/Scrum environments, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the candidate must have relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Responsibilities
- Administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide software configuration including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting and third-party software integrations.
