Location: SE London | Region: London | Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 plus package
Senior Site Manager – Large new build residential project, South East London, 50+ unit scheme. The company operates multiple live sites across Greater London with typical schemes ranging from 25 to 100 units. This role is available due to the company’s strong financial position and ongoing new projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and reporting, on a 50+ unit residential scheme.
- Oversee construction project delivery, including sub-contract programming/planning and subcontract management.
- Lead site activities from ground-breaking through handover, ensuring quality and programme adherence.
