A Software Developer is a technical role within our organisation. Alongside implementing core business solutions, they play a role in supporting technical excellence across our whole development team.
Working within the Microsoft ecosystem, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and business change to ensure solutions are delivered to the required specifications, whilst also being mindful of broader strategic initiatives. This role will also involve guiding more junior developers through technical decisions and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
