We're seeking a hands-on Senior Software Development Manager to lead the development and evolution of our flagship miAlarm mobile application and our internal SIM management portal, driving technical excellence and innovation in the security & IoT space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong technical leadership and hands-on development for the miAlarm ecosystem (iOS, Android, backend services) and the SIM/device management portal

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented cross-functional development team (developers, QA, DevOps)

• Architect scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions for real-time alarm monitoring, notifications, remote control features, and SIM/device provisioning
