About the job Senior Software Engineer (Java)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, customize, implement, and maintain assigned systems in alignment with business requirements
- Participate in gathering requirements, perform technical impact analysis, estimate development efforts, and create and review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage offshore development teams to ensure compliance with technical standards and quality benchmarks, while conducting code reviews to identify issues and enforce best practices.
- Conduct unit and system integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare release procedures, and ensure smooth deployment of production implementations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, develop workarounds, and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, recommending preventive actions to prevent future problems.
