Senior Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML development, signal processing, communications, accelerators, compilers, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with Python or C/C++.
• Experience with AI/ML compiler technologies such as IREE, TensorRT, XLA, or similar optimization frameworks.
• Familiarity with computer architecture and/or hardware accelerators.
• Familiarity with deploying machine learning solutions on custom accelerators.
• Strong command of data manipulation and analysis tools, including NumPy, Pandas, and related libraries.
