Contributing to the development of new features for a platform; as well as design and work improvement processes
Coding as well as contributing to software design and work breakdown sessions
Work with the line manager (development plan) and the team (achieve work goals)
Participate in planning and cadence sessions
Provide after-hours support as part of our application teams weekly support roster
Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable and high-performance services and applications
Improve the codebase and test coverage through refactoring, unit testing, system testing, automated deployments, and overall enhancements
Develop and optimize tools and systems to support scalability and growth
Requirements and preferred skillsets
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a degree in Science, Engineering or Business with computing modules
5+ years of working experience
Can explain complex tech concepts ...
