Senior Software Engineer, Partner Integrations

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer - Partner Integrations (Salesforce) , you'll lead the technical direction for Forter’s integrations with the entire Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management and more. You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams, product managers, and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders. While you will lead our Salesforce initiatives, you will work within a modern engineering environment, gaining deep exposure to Node.js, GraphQL, and cloud-native architectures.

What you’ll be doing

• Revamp our current Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge to reduce the required development work to integrate Forter and significantly improve our merchant experience.
• Lead initiatives to integrate Forter into Salesforce’s core, including Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Order Management and more.
