Job Description:
Responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of software applications as required by SM Retail. The position also entails system maintenance of the existing applications in production.
Responsible for quick fixes and ensuring applications are up and running smoothly.
Investigate and resolve application related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of systems in production
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
Provide minor programming for some in-house IT projects.
Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a LAMP Developer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
