Senior Software Engineer – Search Team

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the search team. The role will focus on the cloud-based scalable architecture for NeuralSearch, our AI search engine, which incorporates both keyword and vector search. You will work on distributed components that build, store, and query indices containing customer data, ensuring high performance and reliability.

You Will

• Be a key contributor to the design and development of Search and Indexing
• Be responsible for operations for Search, including participation in out-of-hours on‑call rota
• Work with a fully remote team, with the option to be fully remote, hybrid, or office based (Paris)
• Be responsible for the quality and soundness of the system
• Share your expertise on distributed systems
• Work with other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high impact issues
