Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the technical modernization, validate upgrade options, define the target .NET architecture, and guide modernization of legacy MVC components for a (ROVER) system upgrade. 
Must-haves:
Senior‑level experience as a Solution Architect on .NET modernization or upgrade projects.
Proven experience upgrading systems from ASP.NET MVC 5 / .NET Framework 4.x to modern .NET (Core/6/7/8).
Hands‑on experience planning and executing legacy refactoring, including identifying components that must be re‑written.
Experience designing solutions involving complex data models, large datasets (1M+ records), and high‑volume batch processing.
Deep knowledge of:
ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and API‑first architectures
Entity Framework 6 and EF Core migration strategies
