As a Senior Specialist, Experience, Technology and Compliance (Customer Relationship Management) you will work as part of the Experience, Technology and Compliance team to structure and manage data in customer‑relationship management systems, complete quality assurance related to data standards and accuracy and manage email and SMS campaign deployment across a range of initiatives.
