Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As part of the adidas Marketplace Expansion team in Kazakhstan, the Senior specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets and the strategic development of adidas stores in Kazakhstan and FRA countries by maintaining a high level of cooperation with current and potential partners, and working with other departments on openings, renovations, store closures, and deadline monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
Advise the FRA team on store locations, space planning, and site selection, using data, market analysis, and foot traffic insights to support business decisions.

Evaluate potential store sites, relocations, and closures, providing clear recommendations and reports to help management make informed choices.

Manage the ordering of retail fixtures, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.
