The Opportunity:
Flywire is hiring a Senior Specialist, People Operations to join our team, supporting the US shift. This role requires working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST , and prior experience with Workday is essential.
In this role, you will enhance the overall employee experience by managing core People Operations tasks, including onboarding, employee relations, and data management . You will also contribute to the development and implementation of People Team policies and procedures .
As a critical thinker and problem solver, you will serve as a key bridge between employees and the broader People function, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.
