Senior Specialist Processes & Methods

Job ResponsibilitiesUse expertise and background in process management methods to provide consulting to process teams to create coherent valuable processes and methods,coach the process users and project teams to apply processes and methods by actively participating in the project kick-off and offering further support,drive analysis and resolution of issues with processes and workflows,continuously improve processes, related documents and roles to be effective and efficient.Ensure consistency and completeness of the process landscape with an End-to-End view including interfaces to non-engineering business processes.Simplify the access to processes and related documents with the BIC Process Tool.The process framework is based on the MPT Engineering V-Model.Initiate and drive process & methods projects according to strategic goals.Promote cooperation and optimize the exchange of information within Magna Powertrain and with external experts.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent NA in global co...
