Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, the Senior Staff Software Engineer shapes technical strategy across the engineering organisation. While this predominantly a hands-on role, you'll also define the standards and patterns that teams build on, tackle the hardest cross-cutting technical challenges, and serve as a key technical voice in organisational decisions.
