Senior Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Responsible for yield stability & improvement, ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (SBA, LOH assessment and disposition) and support new product release, production ramp and change management projects * Support PE section head in activities, including hiring, training and development of people, cascading of high performance expectation to next level through goal setting and prioritization * Lead 3 engineers and 2 assistants on day-to-day basis to achieve organization’s objectives in terms of cost, quality, speed, and innovations in high volume back-end environment * Interface with the cluster functions, business divisions, suppliers and interfaces within Melaka and other FE and BE locations Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor Degree/ Master/ PhD in Engineering or a related field * 5 years of working experience in a related field * Processed demonstrated stro...
