Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Development

Plan and execute evaluations for unit process development according project targets (e.g. timeline, quality, cost and stability in production).

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for documentation of development results according Preassembly development guidelines.
• Drive harmonization of established Preassembly processes with proven stable process flows including process, material & equipment.
• Characterization of unit processes and its impact to subsequent unit processes considering overall process dependencies.
• Responsible for development sample builds, incl. lot disposition and alignment with pre-/following process steps.
• Actively drive exchange with suppliers perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines and materials in alignment with procurement.
• Active knowledge sharing incl. best practice implementation.
