What you’ll do

Senior Store Assistant in Cramlington

25 hours per week. Candidates must live locally and be able to commute. Store hours are 7 AM–8 PM; you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; experience of being a key holder or supervising team members is required.
• Get stuck in: handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are valued more than experience.
• Provide outstanding service: offer a great experience to customers.
• Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
• Be proactive: sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
