Senior STR Controller — Lead Financial Reporting & Growth

Howard is seeking a Senior Controller in South Africa to lead financial reporting for Short Term Rental clients. In this role, you will supervise a remote team and ensure compliance with US GAAP while managing complex financial structures.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, particularly within the Short Term Rentals or Hospitality industries, and must communicate fluently in English.
