About this Position
What you´ll do
- Plan and manage the replenishment of finished goods across various European countries (full planning responsibility for a specific technology portfolio within the region)
- Actively contribute to weekly planning cycles, Supply Reviews, S&OP meetings, and cross-functional project boards
- Develop and review Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
Collaborate closely with Henkel production plants, and cross-functional teams (Production, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging) - Make informed allocation proposals based on market needs and business priorities
