Are you seeking a career in mental health and have experience supporting people with mental health difficulties? We are seeking Senior Support Workers! Senior Support Workers are vital to the CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team, providing recovery-focused support to young people and families during acute mental health crises under the supervision of qualified professionals.
The role includes supporting care planning, assisting with safe transitions from inpatient settings, and helping service users build resilience and coping strategies during and after a crisis.
The service operates 24/7 throughout the year. Post holders will work three or four 08:00-20:00 shifts per week, including weekends, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. Alternative working patterns cannot be accommodated.
