About the Role

Due to exciting growth in our Supported Employment programs, Connecting2Ability is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our Seaford based Work Connections team.

In this critical role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and support to our Supported Employees—empowering them to build skills, achieve their goals, and actively contribute to their communities. You’ll work closely with our Business Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, mentor Disability Support Workers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support across a mix of on-the-ground and administrative responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
