Job Description
Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity; proactively resolve incidents and bottlenecks.
Implement and enforce security controls, patch management, access management, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and e-mail/collaboration platforms.
Support cloud services and hybrid environments, including identity, connectivity, and workload migrations.
Lead network and systems upgrades, maintenance windows, and deployment activities with minimal downtime.
Investigate and remediate security vulnerabilities, system faults, and network outages.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventories.
