This role is responsible for overseeing system design, implementation, maintenance, and ensuring technical interoperability across diverse and dynamic operational settings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven contract management experience, and deep expertise in enterprise-level IT systems supporting mission‑critical operations.
