Job Description
Drive satellite design and operations as a Senior Systems Engineer with a focus on Payload interfaces. This Montreal-based role demands extensive systems engineering experience and coordination capabilities.
Your responsibility will involve managing interactions between Payload and Satellite systems at the interface level, vital for successful AI&T and in-orbit sessions. With a minimum of seven years' experience in telecom satellite systems, you will coordinate critical tests and ensure seamless operations across multiple teams including C&DH and FSW.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate system-level interactions between Payload and Satellite
• Produce vital interface control documents (ICDs)
• Lead Payload testing coordination in AI&T
• Collaborate with Satellite Operations and software teams
• Ensure compliance with phases B/C/D/E in space programs
