Job Description-

Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's HR strategy.

Overseeing all HR functions, and advising the executive team on HR matters.

They ensure compliance with labour laws, analyse HR metrics, foster a positive work

culture, and manage the HR team.

Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle (End-to-End Recruitment) including

vendors & HR team.

Sourcing of resumes through headhunting / portal/references/database.
