Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Participation in test yield monitoring and root cause to implement corrective actions to improve yield.
- Involvement in test time, insertion, UPH and utilization.
- Hands on product test, tester hardware and equipment.
- Exposure on execute test improvement projects in line with business metrics.
- Verifying specfile and FW.
- To run DOE as part of FA and root cause analysis.
- To provide product disposition as part of Debug team.
- Exposure software side on tester GUI, setup specification file and review trace view.
- Able to communicate well across all levels of manufacturing teams.
- Performing any other duties as directed by immediate supervisor from time to time.
